The GALA MDP150 A is a modular ice cube maker that delivers prestige quality while making 150kg of ice cubes every 24 hours. Designed to complement high-end scotch and whiskey drops, the circular GALA ice cube is slow to melt, but refuses to alter flavour or excessively water-down drinks. As commercial ice machines go, this is the top shelf choice.
